The Welling's Studio - dark moody vibes. This studio has two rooms, includes 1k sq ft of usable space. The front room offers a full sized snowball stand offering fun and unique photos for both children and adults alike. The back room with it's dark walls and large flocked christmas trees has large windows providing ample amounts of natural light.
This space allows for up to 8 guests at one time.

The LOFT
500 SQ. FT - 2ND FLOOR - NO ELEVATOR
Winter Wonderland Vibes - studio filled with flocked trees.
-Kitchen with cookie station for cookie baking sessions with props included.

The Hampton Studio - Dark and Moody - Perfect for small families, couples, maternity, and boudoir! This studio is only 500 square feet making it perfect for smaller groups. This studio has 5 large windows (3 North Facing and 2 West), a living room and bedroom set, with 11 ft ceilings.
Max of 6 Guests at one time, but is best utilized for four or less guests.

THIS SPACE IS PET FRIENDLY WITH FIRST FLOOR ACCESS - THERE IS A TWO DOG/PET MAX LIMIT
EXPOSED BRICK WALLS, LEATHER SOFA, ADULT SIZED COCOA STAND.

!!THIS STUDIO IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM OUR MAIN STUDIO BUILDING. IT IS PET FRIENDLY, BUT PHOTOGRAPHER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING CLIENT EXPECTATIONS ON TIMING/ARRIVAL AS THEIR PETS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CAFE/WAITING AREA!!

The Lifestyle Studio - luxe cream and caramel textiles fill this space with warm and inviting holiday charm. This studio is 700 square feet, has 4 large windows, 10ft tall pocket doors, and 14 ft ceilings.

BALLROOM
2000 SQ. FT - 3rd Floor - NO Elevator
The Ballroom is our largest studio at 2k sq ft and has three different holiday sets for you to choose from.
Leather Tufted Sofa is center stage in front of an Evergreen Forest with White Lights. Bed Set and Child Sized Cocoa Stand.
The Stage area remains neutral with NO holiday decor, oozing Charm with it's Rustic Walls and Antique Grand Piano.
MAX OF 10 GUESTS AT ONE TIME. This Studio is Large, but due to the layout this studio works best for groups of 6 or less.
