This studio has the yummiest most gorgeous light! 2 large south facing windows in both rooms (kitchen and bedroom). Since these windows are South facing they do tend to get hard light at times, there are white curtains in the bedroom area to diffuse the light. 

There are no overhead lights in this studio, so if it is dark or gloomy outside, we recommend bringing additional lighting with you. Since the space is small and bounces light well, an on camera bounced flash works well in this room. There is a ring light available for this space, however since it is such a small room, a light stand can sometimes get in your way. That's why we recommend using a bounce flash when needed in this space.

While this is our smallest studio, if you are photographing a newborn you can still get away with larger focal lenses. However, my favorite(s) for this space are 50mm, 35mm, and 24-70mm 2.8.

We love BABIES! And we love Cake Smashes! However, cake smash sessions are only allowed in the Milestone Studio.

We love to help photographers host mini-sessions here, however there are a few rules to keep in mind. If you are going to host more than 2 sessions in one hour, you must book the large group rental, even if your guest total is under 4 guests.
There are several reasons for this, but if you have any questions regarding this policy, please don't hesitate to ask.

can i host mini sessions here?

The max limit is 4 guests in the Boho Studio at one time. This space is just under 250sq. ft. and designed with Newborn and Motherhood sessions in mind. It is our most intimate space and only accommodate a few guests comfortably. This studio is best for newborns, young sibling photos, motherhood, and small boudoir sessions.
